You guessed it, the habco has styled a wedding. Well, not a real wedding, but a perfectly beautiful fake wedding! Did we lose you? Let us explain. A few months back, the lovely Adriana Castro of The Creative’s Loft approached us about one of her upcoming projects creating wedding inspiration editorials for print. She was rounding up Miami's best and brightest in the creative industry (think local makers, vendors, and stylists) to create a swoon-worthy concept for a wedding and get some amazing photographs with the help of photographer Sara Lobla. And here's the best part - she wanted the habco to style the wedding table! This obviously sounded like a dream, so we hopped on board and marked our calendar for the photo-shoots in early January.
If you follow us on instagram, then you know we’ve been posting every gorgeous photo from this collaboration that we can get our hands on! (And if you don’t, get yourselves on over there! We can promise you lots of design eye candy, and more than the occasional cocktail). Can you blame us? We think everything turned out beautifully, and on top of it all we got to spend a morning with a crazy talented bunch of ladies! And don’t even get us started on the venue! The Cape Cod House at Little River Studios had us at hello. With its old wooden floorboards, big airy windows, and gorgeous natural light, we were seriously considering camping out (like, forever).
Table styling by the habco, in collaboration with Stephanie from Primrose Florals. Seriously guys, this woman works MAGIC with flowers. Do you see all this plant perfection??
Plates, cutlery, terrariums, and tea light holders were generously lent to us by our favorites over at West Elm Midtown! Shop the look below!
Stay tuned for more of this project in next few months, because you’ll be seeing the official photos, taken by the amazing Sara Lobla, on blogs and in print for the Fall ’16 wedding season!
